My visit to Berggasthof Zur Glocke was for a Thanksgiving retreat. I was impressed by the clean comfort, especially the all-new bathroom facilities - a separate toilet and a shower. The surrounding forest and snowy backyard created a magical setting. The staff's kindness, dog and kid-friendly atmosphere, and delicious meals stood out. The comfortable double room, with plump-down pillows and a flat-screen TV, had a wonderful mountain view. I am truly grateful for the experience and look forward to returning to this gem in Winterberg.
